The first days and the first week are entirely free. The Family file, paid once, unlocks the rest for the whole family. A professional may also offer it to you.
Your data is hosted in France and your documents are encrypted. The list of our subprocessors is published on this website.
Yes. You can view your formalities and documents offline. Your changes are saved and shared once you are back online.
Your relative sends you an invitation link. Install the app, then open the link again: it will take you to the file.
In the app, open Settings, then My account, then “Delete my account”. You may also write to us.
